All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Shipping
Most orders ship same or next business day. However, please allow up to 7 business days for processing, especially during drops or preorder periods. Shipping timelines do not include weekends or holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit, or buyer’s remorse.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@twelvepro.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess and resolve the matter at our discretion.
Sizing & Fit
Please refer to product descriptions for sizing details. If unsure, contact us before purchasing. All sizing questions must be clarified prior to placing your order, as we do not offer size-based returns.
Fraud & Order Verification
We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged for suspicious or fraudulent activity. Orders placed using bots or automated systems will be voided.
Order Issues
If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, contact your local carrier first. Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.
