Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship the same or next business day. However, please allow up to 1 week for processing time, especially during high-volume periods or for pre-orders. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping may be offered in the future — stay tuned.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it after a few days, check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Returns & Exchanges

A: Due to the limited nature of our drops and the made-to-order process, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Q: My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
