When will my order ship?

Most orders ship same or next business day, but please allow up to 1 week for processing. Pre-orders may take longer.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because of the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

How does sizing run?

Our blanks run true-to-size (TTS) and oversized unless otherwise noted. Most oversized items are 1 size above TTS. So if you wear a large as a TTS and order an oversized tee, it will fit like an XL.

What do we mean by luxury streetwear?

At twelve.pro, luxury means elevated quality meets everyday purpose. We print most of our apparel on 100% premium cotton and French terry cotton — materials known for their softness, structure, and durability. Many pieces feature double-stitched construction for long-lasting wear, and our most luxurious tees are cut from 230–250gsm heavyweight cotton for a bold, structured drape.

How should I wash my twelve.pro pieces?

To preserve quality, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and laying flat or hanging to dry. Avoid bleach and harsh heat. Our luxury garments are designed to last — proper care helps them stay sharp, soft, and wearable over time.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Most of our pieces are limited drops, meaning once they’re gone — they’re gone. Some favorites may return in new colors or formats, but we recommend grabbing what speaks to you while it’s available.

What if I want a different size or color after ordering?

We don’t offer exchanges due to our limited inventory model. Double-check the product description and size info before checking out — or contact us first if you're unsure.
